本研究所は，UAM社会を実現するための課題である、従来航空機を含めた都市空間を飛行する乗り物における衝突回避を含めた高効率な運航システム，気象条件への対応，事故発生時の乗員ならびに地上への安全性，経済性を確保する機体諸元，モーターやバッテリー性能などについて，関連分野の研究者や関係省庁，および受益者である自治体や製造者との情報交換，知識共有の場とすることを目指します．

This laboratory aims to be a place for information exchange and knowledge sharing with related researchers, related ministries and beneficiaries, and municipalities and manufacturers, about a high-efficiency flight control systems including collision avoidance for vehicles flying in urban spaces including conventional aircraft, the response to weather conditions, the safety of the crew at the time of an accident and the safety of the ground, the aircraft specifications to ensure economic efficiency, and the performance of the motor and batteries, which is an issue for realizing UAM society.
